چکیده
Kenaf fibre has a low environmental impact because it is recyclable, light density and strong to be used as product. Natural fibres, especially kenaf fibre, are undertilised understudied in 3D printing technology. technology gaining traction replace traditional methods saves cost production time. This study focuses on producing composite materials that can feeder for printing. different compositions (20,25,30) % mixed with polypropylene set at 190 ˚C temperature, 45 rpm speed, 25 minutes. The material was left cool form clot go through the rheology process, injection analysis performed using Autodesk Moldflow Insight 2014. showed mixing temperature of suitable forming high shear mechanism. treated an alkaline solution NaOH 3 hours prevent damage surface filler composites. 6% reaches higher value mechanical strength roughness, resulting better interlocking between fibres matrix. In addition, from 2014 reveals 200 pretend, rate creating smoother melt flow characteristics.

متن کامل3d Printing with Natural Fiber Reinforced Filament
An initial study of 3d printing with compound filament using different plastic matrices and sugar cane bagasse as the filler was conducted. In order to do this, a reverse engineering process was made to several 3d printer extruders to determine how to change the extruder in order to be able to print with the filament. To obtain the filament, a plastic extruder was modified to obtain a compound ...
متن کاملApplication of inkjet printing for 3D integration
Inkjet printing is an attractive deposition tool to complement the traditional processing methods used in microelectronics integration. Its maskless, digital and non-contact nature provides many generic benefits, such as savings in processing steps and material usage, production flexibility and scalability to large areas. In addition, inkjet printing can be utilized in the integration of e.g. s...

This paper presents the development of wood flour (WF)-filled polylactic acid (PLA) composite filaments for a fused deposition modeling (FDM) process with the aim of application to 3D printing. The composite filament consists of wood flour (5 wt %) in a PLA matrix. The detailed formulation and characterization of the composite filament were investigated experimentally, including tensile propert...
